Please note there is no returns on my artwork. If you’re not happy with the piece, please reach out to me and we can discuss making it right for all parties involved. I want my customers to be happy and strive to accurately showcase my artwork on the website to represent the physical piece. Fill out the contact form and upload an image of the artwork.
All artwork should be kept out of direct sunlight as UV light can damage the piece. Watercolors are especially sensitive to the effects of UV. Any artwork kept in an area of high humidity, ie.: a bathroom, can become damaged over time. There is an applied protectant finish on the watercolors mounted on panels, however, it is only a barrier and not a guarantee that the art can’t become damaged.
Any damage to incur during shipping will be resolved and we can discuss correcting the situation.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
